RETURN POLICY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

You have 30 days after you receive your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number for a return. We will not be able to process your return without a Return Authorization Number. You have 30 days after you get your RMA number to put your return package in the mail stream or your RMA number will expire. Your return, whether suspected defective or not, must be shipped back in a box and properly packaged with bubble wrap to prevent damages from the return shipping.

We do not refund original shipping costs due to the vast majority of our customers using our parts for diagnostic purposes.

Due to the difficulty of diagnosing issues with televisions, we DO offer returns on parts that are not needed but these parts will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the event a part is returned without allowing Zatronics to honor our warranty (sending a replacement part), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

You may receive a substitute part when ordering from us. If you feel you may have received the wrong part, please check to see if the part you received is a substitute for the part you ordered. You can always call in to let us help you confirm if this is the case.

International replacement orders may be subjected to additional shipping charges.

All import fees are the responsibility of the international customer.

A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included in the return shipping box. Please also note a detailed reason for the return. We test all returned boards and keep a customer log to deter customers from falsely claiming a faulty board. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly printed on the outside of the box and on the return shipping label. Our Returns Department must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving your Return Authorization Number. If not, the Return Authorization Number will be closed, and we will be unable to process your return.

If your return is not in a box and properly packaged, you will not receive a refund.

To finalize your return, you will need to confirm that we have received your return package using the tracking information. Then, you must call our facility at 770 323 2427 to finalize the return process.

Wrong TV Part Returned

All of our Zatronics TV parts are marked with a unique identifier. If you receive an RMA Number and then return the incorrect part to us, we will contact you via the phone/email tied to your Zatronics order to facilitate the return of our TV part. If we can’t reach you within two weeks of receiving the incorrect part, we will be unable to refund you for the return, charge you for any replacement parts (if applicable), and recycle the TV part you returned to us. Please contact us with any questions.

Defective / Warranty Claims

Every TV part we sell is backed by a 30-day warranty from the original order date. This warranty protects you from dead-on-arrival (DOA) and defective TV parts.
