1. Do you fix TV cracked screen?

No, we don’t fix TV cracked screen because the replacement cost is always more than a new TV no matter how much you purchased your TV. we know you don’t want to-do that.It is always cheaper to buy a new one.

2. Do I need to make an appointment to get my TV fix?

Only for in home service call but you can drop your TV for service repair any time during business hours 1100AM – 630PM, Mondays - Saturdays with Sundays close.

3. Do you have same day repair available?

In some cases, same day repair is available depends on parts availability and workloads and if requested.
I most cases It takes 24 hours toDiagnosing and found out the problems by identifying hypotheses and testing. Once we have identified why the TV is not working, we’ll call, txt, or email you with exact price to fix your TV for customer approval.

4. Do you sell replacement TV screens or panels?

Sorry! We don't carry any replacement TV panels or screens. Replacement TV panels and screens are usually quite expensive for customers and tough to stock for us. However, if you'd like to continue searching for a panel, the two most important pieces of information to have are your TV model number (found on the back of your TV) and your TV panel number (found on the inside of your TV on the back of the panel). Unfortunately, you should expect to spend about 80% of the cost of your TV on a replacement panel. We hope this information is helpful!

5. Do you give warranty after repair?

Yes, we offer 90 days’ warranty if the same problems happen again.

6. Can you ship internationally?

NO, we don’t but we can sometimes on your request!

7. Do I need a customer account to make a purchase?

Nope! You can checkout as a guest. If you do plan on ordering TV parts from us more than once, however, we suggest that you create an account! All of your information is secure and safe. We'll never give your contact information to third parties. For added security, we DO NOT keep your financial information on file.

8. When will you ship my order and when will I receive it?

If you place an order before 12:00 pm CT (Monday - Friday), we will ship your order that day! All purchases made after 12:00 pm CT will ship the next business day. Unless you upgrade your shipping method, any order in the US will arrive at your doorstep in 1-5 business days (depending on how close you live to us -- we're in GA).

9. Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow that. You will need to contact us once you receive your order to start the return and refund process. Your refund/credit may be subject to a Restocking Fee.

10. When will I receive tracking information for my order?

As soon as your order is inspected, packed and ready to ship, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please contact us immediately if you don't receive this information within one business day.

11. What do you do with my payment information?

We value the security of your payment information, so we never keep it on file (it's stored through a secure third-party). We, Zatronics, cannot access your complete payment information at any time.

12. Are you going to repair the TV without my approval? And how long it takes?

No, only after customers’ approval and if parts are available in stock repair will be done in 3 business days. If not in stock and we have to orders it will take 5 business days to repair the TV.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
